1. Acceptance
By creating an account on crearea.app you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use crearea.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use crearea. Users under 18 require parental consent. By registering you confirm you meet these requirements.
3. Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with others. You must provide accurate information during registration.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use crearea only for lawful educational purposes. You must not use crearea to generate harmful, abusive or misleading content. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or abuse the AI features. You must not share another user's content without permission.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Paystack. Annual plans include 1 month free (pay 11 months, get 12). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. AI credit top-ups are non-refundable once used. Refunds on subscription payments are at our discretion and considered case by case within 7 days of purchase.
6. AI Credits
AI credits power AI features in crearea. Monthly credits reset each month and do not carry over. Top-up credits do not expire. Credits are non-transferable.
7. Intellectual Property
Content you create in crearea (notes, flashcards, documents) belongs to you. crearea retains no ownership over your content. The crearea platform, brand, code and design are owned by ATIGHLID LIMITED and may not be copied or reproduced.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from settings.
9. Limitation of Liability
crearea is provided as is. We are not liable for any loss of data, exam results, or educational outcomes arising from use of crearea. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
